How cancellations, changes, and refunds work with Chandrawanshi Tour & Travels.

We understand travel plans can change. This policy explains how cancellations, changes, and refunds are handled for bookings made with Chandrawanshi Tour & Travels.
For local/outstation car rentals: cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup are eligible for a full refund of any advance paid. Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup may be subject to a partial cancellation charge to cover driver and vehicle allocation costs.
For multi-day tour packages: cancellation terms depend on hotel and transport bookings already confirmed on your behalf. As a general guide, cancellations 7 or more days before departure are eligible for a larger refund than cancellations made closer to the travel date; any non-refundable third-party costs already incurred (hotel deposits, permits, etc.) will be deducted from the refund.
In the rare case that we need to cancel a confirmed booking (for example, due to vehicle unavailability or unsafe travel conditions), we will offer a full refund of any advance paid, or help arrange an alternative vehicle/date where possible.
Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of the cancellation being confirmed. Please share your booking details when requesting a refund so we can process it quickly.
If a traveller is not available at the agreed pickup point and time, and cannot be reached within a reasonable waiting period, the booking may be treated as a no-show and any advance payment may not be refundable.
Where a trip cannot proceed due to circumstances beyond our control (severe weather, road closures, government restrictions), we will work with you to reschedule where possible; refund eligibility in such cases will depend on costs already committed to third parties.
