These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Chandrawanshi Tour & Travels website and any car rental, tour package, or related travel service you book with us. By making a booking, you agree to these terms.
Chandrawanshi Tour & Travels provides chauffeur-driven car rental (sedan, SUV, tempo traveller, bus/coach, and luxury coach), tour packages across West Bengal and beyond, hotel booking assistance, tourist guide services, and related travel planning support.
Bookings may be made by phone, WhatsApp, email, or through our website contact form. A booking is confirmed only once we have acknowledged it in writing (including via WhatsApp or email) and, where applicable, any advance payment has been received. Prices quoted are specific to the itinerary, vehicle, dates, and inclusions discussed at the time of booking and are subject to change if these details change.
Travellers are responsible for providing accurate information (travel dates, passenger count, pickup/drop locations) and for arriving on time for scheduled pickups. Any valid identification or documents required for the trip (e.g. for pilgrimage sites, protected areas, or international travel) are the traveller’s responsibility to carry.
Vehicles must be treated with reasonable care. Smoking, consumption of alcohol, or transport of prohibited items inside the vehicle is not permitted. Any damage caused by a passenger beyond normal wear and tear may be charged to the responsible party.
Changes to bookings are subject to vehicle and driver availability. Please see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for cancellation timelines and charges.
While we take reasonable care in selecting drivers, vehicles, and third-party partners (hotels, guides, boat operators, etc.), Chandrawanshi Tour & Travels is not liable for delays, losses, or inconvenience caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to traffic, weather, road closures, or third-party service failures.
We are not responsible for failure to perform any obligation due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or public health emergencies.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
